Service Plans: Ride More, Worry Less

We believe every rider deserves peace of mind — whether you bought your bike from us or not. That’s why we offer Annual and Monthly Service Plans designed to keep your bike in great shape all year round.

Unlimited Adjustments Plan

We offer four value-packed service plans — three paid annually, and one as a monthly subscription. These plans are available for purchase per bicycle, and they include:

• Unlimited adjustments to brakes, derailleurs, shifting, suspension, cockpit fit (seat, stem, bars), and more
• Priority service in our repair queue
• Help catching small issues before they become big problems

We do our best to make small adjustments on the spot or get your bike back to you as quickly as possible.

What’s Not Included

While adjustments are covered, repairs and installations of new parts or accessories are not part of the service plans.

For example:

• If your shifting is off and we discover a frayed cable, the cable replacement would be a paid service.
• Installing tubes, tires, chains, pedals, grips, or any new component or accessory is also not included.
